KG-3 is a fast-drying choice for steel, cast iron and copper. Its reference protection period is one year unpackaged and 3–5 years with plastic-bag packing, subject to process and storage conditions. Apply to clean, dry parts; dip, spray or brush, drain and dry fully before packing. Do not use a rag or spin-dry. Confirm KG-2 specifications separately.

Application steps

1) Clean and dry the part. 2) Dip, spray or brush. 3) Stand the part upright so surplus oil drains. 4) Allow the solvent to flash off and the film to form. 5) Pack. Dipping is the most economical and reliable method.

Special steels

Electrical steel: KG-2A. Cast iron: KG-2B / KG-3B. Plated or phosphated steel: KG-2C / KG-3C. Wet parts: KG-10.
